How long have you been in business?
We are part of a national chain that came to New Jersey in September 2015.
What is your primary product or service?
We are a full-service heating and air conditioning contractor located in East Brunswick and dedicated to serve the communities of Central New Jersey. We do installation of new equipment, as well as perform service repairs and provide maintenance programs for all types of HVAC equipment. We cover both residential and light commercial facilities.
We also provide Indoor Air Quality testing and provide solutions for issues that are discovered by the testing. Many of our diagnostics for air quality are provided to potential customers at no charge. We are committed to healthy air and living for our families, friends and communities.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I am a registered Professional Engineer and have spent 25 years of my career in engineering. In 2015, I decided I wanted to do something different. So I researched many industries and opportunities, but developed an interest, that became a passion for the HVAC industry. In addition to the growth potential of the industry; as my wife Lamia and I did our homework, we were attracted to it because of its impact on our livelihood and potential to help people, at multiple levels.
All of us spend a great deal of time indoors; and the quality of the indoor environment whether at home or in the work place has a direct impact on our health. I personally wanted to make a difference by promoting and providing a healthy indoor climate.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are and have been a part of this community for many years and as home owners ourselves, we understand Central New Jersey businesses and home owner’s needs. Prior to any job, we properly size up the equipment a home or business need by performing load calculations to determine heating and cooling loads. We properly select the equipment needed and we follow Quality Installation Standards developed by ACCA (Air Conditioning Contractors of America Association). At the end of the day, you will find that we are passionate about helping people to be comfortable in their home and to breath clean indoor air. On top of that, we constantly strive to separate our operation from competitors, by providing better services at affordable prices.

How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Currently we are located only in East Brunswick, but as I mentioned earlier we cover the central New Jersey Region. Expansion in our business involves adding service and installation technicians and vehicles, which would allow us to serve more customers. There are plans to expand, in this sense, based on the demand but our physical operation location will remain in East Brunswick.

Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a small family owned business and I am in charge of the daily operations including staff management, project scheduling, equipment sizing and cost estimating.
What are your hours of operation?
Our official hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm but we are on call 24/7.
